SUZANNE LEVY - EXECUTIVE COACH
Suzanne Levy is an executive coach committed to improving organizational effectiveness, the achievement of specific and measurable goals, and leadership and managerial development. She is dedicated to helping leaders achieve clarity of their goals and strengths, and attain excellence in their professional and personal lives. Ms. Levy educates, encourages, and supports leaders to enhance their performance and their return on human investment by applying proven strategies that impact the entire workforce of an organization. The result is enhanced productivity, retention, morale, and profitability for the individual being coached, as well as the organization.
Ms. Levy has over 15 years of coaching expertise and business experience. She has worked with individuals at many levels, including Senior Executives of Fortune 500 companies, business owners, and multi-million dollar sales executives. Her clients include professionals from Accenture, Citigroup, Disney, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, MTV Networks, Prudential, PT&Co. Public Relations, Smith Barney, Scholastic, Travelers and UBS.
During her coaching career, she has been affiliated with coaching organizations with which she developed strategic corporate programs to match client needs and improve work culture. Ms. Levy has been responsible for recruiting and training coaches, designing policies for coaching staff as well as enhancing business development. In addition to individual coaching, Suzanne partners with organizations to develop customized internal coaching programs, processes and cultures to maximize the impact of coaching and the investment.
Recently Ms. Levy has been credited with supporting:
- The promotion of a Director in a billion dollar global company, to VP of Operations through building enhanced leadership presence and improved mentoring of staff - leading to three staff promotions.
- A Senior Financial Services multi-million dollar producer in expanding his production by over 40% through better organization, communication and service excellence to clients and prospects.
- The advancement of a young Senior Director to Partner in a global professional services firm through stronger executive presence and new business development.
Ms. Levy began her career in advertising with Ammirati & Puris in New York City and moved on to work with media giants, such as HBO and The Walt Disney Company. During her tenure at Disney, Suzanne launched and managed a division that oversaw all marketing, merchandising, publishing, and promotion for the department's properties.
Suzanne is a member of the Executive Coaching Summit and its planning committee that acts as an advisory panel to the International Coach Federation. She was the career coach for Vault.com, was featured in NY Matrix with an "Ask the Coach" column and has been interviewed for JPMorgan Chase's internal newsletter. She is an active member of The International Coach Federation, the National Association of Female Executives and New York Women in Communications.
