SHEREE BUTTERFIELD - EXECUTIVE COACH
Sheree Butterfield is an executive coach committed to maximizing professional performance that translates to improved organizational results. Ms. Butterfield's practice focuses upon building effective communication strategies within fast-paced environments, negotiating one's career in a world of uncertainty, and successfully navigating the political landscape to achieve one's goals. Sheree has over 20 years of successful management experience in human resources, service operations, project management, new business development and strategic planning.
Ms. Butterfield has been involved with coaching and human resources consulting at both an organizational & individual level for over 15 years. Her practice focuses on senior leadership coaching that links people, processes and systems to business objectives at companies like Accenture, MONSTER.com, PECO, Tyco and within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Ms. Butterfield's coaching delivers business results through coaching that supports individual achievement, while developing effective collaboration and teamwork.
Sheree's coaching is informed by her successful career as a Fortune 100 executive where she held both line and staff roles, and had extensive experience managing projects, people and P&L. Her experience includes human resource management and P&L responsibility for a $35 million high-growth service business. Sheree led a major change effort within a high-tech service operation that increased client retention and improved client satisfaction scores - moving them from lowest possible score to highest score - in 16 months. She was also an integral member of a start-up team for an information technology outsourcing business that grew to $900 million in revenue in just 18 months.
Prior to joining Break Through Consulting, Sheree was a Strategic Account Manager at a global human resources consulting firm where she grew the business from $250,000 to $3 million in 2 years. As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Sheree tripled top-line revenue growth of an environmental engineering firm. Her entrepreneurial experience includes serving as President of a consulting firm that specialized in managing the people-side of implementing new systems in technology companies.
Sheree is a member of the International Coach Federal (ICF) and serves on her local ICF chapter board. She was an active SHRM member serving as a committee chair for the New Jersey annual conference. Her passion for developing women as leaders informs Sheree's volunteer activities as a former Board Member of YWCA of Princeton, former Membership co-chair of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and active Board Member of Women in Learning and Leadership at the College of New Jersey.
