RUTH LITTLEJOHN - EXECUTIVE COACH

Ruth Littlejohn has over 20 years experience as an executive and diversity coach, organizational consultant, trainer and facilitator. Ms. Littlejohn coaches senior leaders in Fortune 500 corporations including CEO's, CFO's, Senior Vice Presidents and their teams to embrace new possibilities - for themselves and their businesses. She supports leadership in reaching beyond their normal limits and concepts to exceed their goals professionally and personally. Ruth has experience coaching executives from a wide range of industries to develop their strategy, articulate their vision, build stronger coalitions, create a compelling executive persona and skillfully navigating mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in executive onboarding coaching to bring new executives up to speed quickly, acclimate to the new culture and hit the ground running. In addition she has a specialty in diversity coaching and in coaching teams on workplace inclusion.

Ruth values the relationship between "insight" and ROI - leveraging insight into action in her coaching engagements. Using keen probing skills, Ruth assists clients in cutting through the noise of day-today responsibilities to assess where they are and envision where they want to be. Prior to joining Break Through Consulting, Ruth was the Organizational Development Manager for the start-up pharmaceutical Astra Merck. In this role, Ruth coached all levels of leaders and worked with a multitude of teams from vision to launch. Ruth's business experience ranges from providing leadership for start-ups such as Metropolitan Property and Liability for Metropolitan Life, to regional marketing centers for CIGNA. Ruth has extensive experience managing projects, people and P&L.

Ruth is a Coach for Life Graduate. She is a life-long learner and has a Masters of Supervision and Administration from Lehigh University and a Masters of Human Development from American University and National Training Laboratory. In June 2008, she will receive a Masters of Conscious Studies from Holmes Institute.
