NOAH BLUMENTHAL - EXECUTIVE COACH
Noah Blumenthal is an Executive Coach who has supported hundreds of top executives to improve leadership effectiveness, increase their personal influence, set and achieve their goals, and think more strategically. Prior to joining Break Through Consulting, Mr. Blumenthal founded an internal coaching and consulting group at UBS Financial Services where he helped lead the effort for team development and leadership coaching. While there he trained and consulted to over 1,000 teams and coached hundreds of team leaders on how to improve their businesses and their behaviors. The executives he coached outperformed their peers in revenue by more than 25%, which led to a dramatic expansion of his team, from 4 to 17 people in fewer than 18 months from the inception of the group.
Previously, Noah created values-based team and leadership development programs at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Blumenthal is the author of You're Addicted to You, published by Berrett-Koehler. He has also written for magazines, including his articles "Keeping Your Coach Accountable", "Where Succession Planning Ends" and "Faux Meetings".
Additionally, Noah is a seasoned speaker and trainer and has been featured as a speaker at Columbia University, The New School, Baruch College, Fordham University, the American Society for Training and Development, and the International Coaching Federation.
